SpecTerms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a Spec72 pack on spec72.dev. Short version: you pay a fixed price, you send us your agent's details, and we deliver a markdown file within the stated window.
1. Who sells
Spec72 is run by Hans Karlsson, an individual trading as Spec72 ("Spec72", "we", "us"). The seller is Hans Karlsson. Contact: hkarlsson00@gmail.com.
2. The services
Spec72 sells fixed-scope, done-for-you deliverables for people who build AI agents. Each pack is written for your specific agent or skill. It is not a premade download and not hourly consulting. Deliverables are markdown files only.

Not included in any pack: video, live calls or DM support, social media posts, tokens, backend or integration work, and any guarantee of trading or business results. Every deliverable ends with a "Not included" block that lists these limits.
3. Ordering and payment
You can pay by card through Gumroad, through PayPal, or on-chain in USDC (on Base or Solana) or ETH. For Gumroad orders, Gumroad processes the payment, handles any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt, and your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's own terms. PayPal payments are also subject to PayPal's terms. On-chain payments are sent from your own wallet to the address shown on spec72.dev. Prices are shown in USD.
4. What you provide
After you pay, send us (by reply to your receipt email or to hkarlsson00@gmail.com):
- The pack you bought and your order or receipt ID.
- Your repo URL or your current SKILL.md, plus the agent name and a short description of its tools, memory and handoff.
- One sentence on what breaks or what you need fixed.
- The handoff owner: the role or person who owns stuck cases.
- For the Audit: a way to run the 5 prompts, or transcripts of the agent's replies.
- The email where you want delivery.
Only share material you have the right to share. Never send private keys, wallet seeds, passwords or live API keys. We will never ask for them.
5. Delivery window
The delivery window starts once your payment is confirmed and we have the inputs listed above. We deliver the markdown file by email or download link. If we are waiting on inputs from you, the window pauses until they arrive. If we cannot deliver on time, you can get a refund under our Refund Policy.
6. Revisions
Each pack has a written definition of done (for example, the Audit must contain exactly 5 PASS/FAIL prompts, each mapped to a failure class). If the delivered file misses any item on that list, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it at no cost. This includes one round of corrections on factual errors about your agent. New scope (more prompts, a second skill, a different agent) is a new order.
7. Ownership of deliverables
You keep all rights to your code, repo and materials. Once you have paid in full, you own the deliverable written for you and may use, edit and publish it however you like. We keep the right to reuse our own general templates, checklists and know-how, which are not specific to you. We will not publish your deliverable or name you as a client without your written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Spec72 to build or document anything illegal, to harm others, or to break the terms of a platform you use. We may decline or cancel an order that falls outside the published scope or these rules. If we cancel before delivery, you get a full refund.
9. No guarantee of results
Deliverables are written reviews and documents. They are provided "as is". We work carefully, but we do not guarantee that your agent will behave a certain way, pass a review, or earn revenue after you use them. You are responsible for testing changes before you ship them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a pack is limited to the amount you paid for that pack. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or downtime. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Disputes go to the courts of Panama City, Republic of Panama, unless the consumer law of your country says otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown on the day you pay applies to your order.
