Refund Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026 · Effective: 13 October 2026
Spec72 is run by Hans Karlsson, an individual trading as Spec72. Every Spec72 pack is written for your agent, so refunds depend on how far the work has gone. You can pay by card through Gumroad, through PayPal, or on-chain in USDC (Base or Solana) or ETH. Approved refunds go back through the same rail you used to pay. For on-chain payments, refunds are sent in USDC to an address you give us in writing.
Full refund
- Before work starts. If you change your mind before we begin, ask and you get a full refund. Work begins when we confirm we have your inputs.
- Late delivery. If we miss the delivery window (24 hours for Lint, 48 hours for the Audit, 72 hours for the Sprint; the Catalog has no fixed delivery window), you can ask for a full refund. Time spent waiting for your inputs does not count.
- We decline the order. If your project is outside the published scope and we cancel, you get a full refund.
After delivery
- Missing items get fixed first. Each pack has a written definition of done. If the file misses an item, tell us within 7 days and we fix it at no cost.
- If we cannot fix it, we refund in full or in part, based on what is missing.
- We do not refund a delivered file that meets its definition of done just because you no longer need it or disagree with a finding.
How to ask
Email hkarlsson00@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number (Gumroad or spec72.dev order id, PayPal transaction id, or on-chain transaction hash) and the reason. We answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through the same rail you paid with: Gumroad, PayPal, or, for on-chain payments, USDC sent to an address you give us in writing. For Gumroad and PayPal, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund or withdrawal right you have under the consumer law of your country.
